K was very romantic got some chrysanthemums and a vanilla cake from Pike Place market.
He also read my mind (maybe this blog?) and got me a new Canon SD1200! Time for higher quality pictures and FOTDs (face of the days). I can finally upload pictures without a USB cable! Blogging is going to be so much faster.

My favourites were the Muji marshmellows and their Honey-Lemon hard candy (everyone HAS to try the latter). She also hand-made me a cellphone strap. I love that it matches my white phone. It's actually my very first cell phone charm.

Hey still got to catch up on your posts but I'll reply back to your comment first.
I don't really wear much makeup at all so I'm not the best person to ask about how well Fresh and Caudalie removes makeup. My experiences with minimal makeup removal have been good though for the Fresh one, not sure about Caudalie.
What I can say though is that the Fresh is SUPER gentle. So gentle that I can rub it all over my eyes and not have it sting even when I reopen it with the cleanser all over them! It's great too because it conditions the lashes too, and the smell is divine. The Caudalie is super moisturizing and leaves a moisturizing residue behind. This one I also can rub over my eyes but keep in mind that you might have to be a little more careful when cleansing around the eye area, as it stung my eyes a bit the first time I used it. And yes, you're right Philosophy is in the same price range as the 2 cleansers mentioned above. What I meant by that was that I'm not sure if it's worth the money to invest in as it didn't have a wow factor for me =).
Lastly I love love love the Nivea toner. It's moisturizing and super gentle for me as I have extremely sensitive skin. And it's relatively cheap so I don't feel guilty for using a lot of it.
